The Council of Ministers has approved the decision to announce the Technologic and Economic Development Zones in a territory with an area of 35 hectares and the announcement of the Municipality of Tirana as the developer of the area. The project includes the area of Kashar and aims to attract the manufacturing industry such as automotive, information technology and communication technology, electronic technology, pharmacy, agro-processing and other industries that operate with the production standard. The investment value of the project with strategic potential “TEDA Kashar” is expected to be 102 million euros.
