The selected area is about 50 ha, while the entire unconstructed field area goes up to 150 ha.

About TEDA

Greenfield – customized from the ground up: Unlike its areas in the territory of Albania, TEDA Technological Economic Development Zone (TEDA) is Greenfield, thus creating an opportunity for customized facilities in the specific capacity of economic investment. The selected area is about 50 hectares, while the entire field area varies in 150 hectares. The element which creates a potential for expanding the area in case of increased demand.

A strategic alternative: One of the main determinants for the success of an economic zone is the location. Tirana, as the capital of Albania, is located in the heart of the country, and is strategically connected to the road network that connects most of the country’s borders, regional markets and more. There are about 3,719 km of roads, where the national primary roads are paved according to standards of ratios, and are connected logistically to the main corridors of Eastern Europe.

Kashari is the administrative unit of Tirana with 43,353 inhabitants and 1,591 operating businesses, and is positioned between Tirana and Durrës, the second largest city in the country. On this occasion, TEDA Tirana also has access from the Port of Durrës (32 km), the largest port at national level and the main gateway of Corridor VIII.
